Who: Actress Claire Danes.

What: Lotsa Gucci (jewelry, shoes, frock).

Where: The Gucci Icon Temporary Flash Sneaker Store Launch in NYC.

Why: Danes is a repeat Chic-er here at FB&F. She has this way of picking the best cuts and coolest, yet at a glance simplest, dresses. She wears what flatters her - always something interesting while being totally feminine. Though she'll pick a crisp line, there's always a softness, maybe from a wave of the hair or pretty print. This is a perfect example of that: just a little dress but it creates a modern shape, leaving her looking lovely and ladylike, and of course, devistatingly cool.
