We adore Paper Magazine contributer, blogger and fashion force Julia Frakes' style here at FB&F. And we aren't the only ones. The teenager has caught the attention of magazines like Teen Vogue, streetstyle photogs, designers and ALT himself since being "discovered" in 2007 by Paper's founders on Facebook.
Her style is super whimsical and bright and eclectic - equally right at home on the pages of a storybook as it would be in Harajuku. Think patterns, clashing colors, bright tights, ribbons and - of course - hats. The lady loves a hat. And I don't argue with that. They add such a reminiscent yet modern touch to each of her looks, sort of romantic and futuristic all at once.
