Oh, to be transported back to a simpler time. A time filled with slices of peach pie (the best in Beverly Hills), of surfing before school and David Silver manning the DJ booth. A time when Brenda and Dylan were doing it at the prom and certain students were lying about where they lived so they could attend West Beverly. Oh and lots of drunk driving, teen pregnancy scares, alcoholism, not being allowed to graduate, issues with gun control, being the new kid in school that everyone loves but then becoming crazy and drugging Brandon at a club...okay so I guess not really a simpler time. Their lives were really dramatic.

Oh and yes, of course I am speaking of Beverly Hills 90210.

Let's go back to the early 90s when it all began. Besides the increasingly melodramatic plotlines, the original 90210 was all about great clothes. Clothes that have resurrected themselves to once again become major trends. I for one don't have a problem with that. I will never be over Brenda, Kelly and Donna's serious sense of style. Love it or hate it, they are the real pioneers of the biggest spring trends: tapered jeans, round sunglasses, cropped boxy tee, florals, bodycon, baggy denim shorts, bodysuits, long blazers...our West Beverly students trailblazed it all.

The above items are some of my favorite picks for recreating the look. Whether you want to pair them all together or just add elements into your existing look, that is up to you. I think we all learned from 9-0 to not give in to peer pressure.

**And no, Brenda didn't shoplift any of these items. She thought about it, sure, but she would never do something like that. Come on, Cindy.

Great choices! I like the Boyfriend Knee Shorts, I have a H&M white tee I would wear with it and avant garde (oo lala) sandals... what a fun look!
